After sunbathing on the beach or swimming in the pool of the campsite, come to discover our Body Spa-Wellness Centre.

It is located upstairs the "Patio". Once there, you will be delighted with 300 m² of halls and terraces devoted to relaxation, they are just waiting for you.

Within its original backdrop, a welcoming atmosphere of relaxation to recharge your batteries, wellness lovers will be delighted with the sculpting treatments and the turkish bath hammam and the finnish sauna (private wellness rooms).
Relaxation goes on at the spa with a blend of pleasant exotic scents in the whirlpool bath tubs whilst you enjoy a tea offered by the Spa-Wellness Centre into the “Salon lounge” or the mediterranean style terrace.

GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS

CONTRACT

Acceptation of the rental agreement
When it has been approved by the bookings manager ; - with your signature at the bottom of the contract ; - when you have paid 30% of the total cost of hiring a cottage and 30% for a pitch, which will be deducted from your final invoice + 15 Û non-refundable booking fee. An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you, which you must present at the reception on your arrival. We cannot make a booking for a specific plot number or accomodation. Insurance - All campers are responsible for taking an insurance to cover their caravan, tent, equipment and personal liability.

Payment - Guarantee

Cottages : the balance must be paid 30 days before the date of arrival. After this deadline, the contract will be automatically cancelled without further notice. Pitches : the balance must be paid on your arrival. Caution : 160Ffor possible damage or loss, that will be repaid after inspection of the cottage. Possible bank expenses are for the client.

Delay - Extension - Early departure

You should notify us of any delay. If we do not hear from you, the pitch will be allocated to another client after 12 p.m. on the following day. For extension of a holiday, it is necessary to obtain the approval of the bookings manager at least three days before departure. As the cost of your holiday is calculated according to the booking dates stated in the contract, there will be no reduction for early departure or late arrival, even if we are given advanced warning of these.

Cancellation

All booking cancellations should be received at the earliest opportunity WRITTEN (telephone messages are not accepted). For cancellations received before the 30th of May, the full deposit will be returned (excluding booking fee). Hereafter only in case of hospitalisation or death of a close member of the family on presentation of supporting evidence.

ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE

Timetable

The key collection is between 16 and 20 p.m. At your departure, the cottage must be left between 7 and 10 a.m. If not, an additional day will be invoiced without profiting from the cottage. In the event of departure the day before, you should leave before 16 p.m. For all departures between 16 p.m. and 8 a.m., the deposit of 160 Fwill be held behind until the control of the accomodation has taken place. Inventory - Cleaning

On arrival, you have 24 hours to control the inventory with the corresponding list inside the cottage as the general state of the cottage and to signal all anomalies to the reception. Hereafter, any object deteriorated or lacked will be invoiced. At departure, the tenant must clean the cottage and leave it in a good state. The inventory must be complete (checked at each departure). 48 hours before departure, an appointment for the control of the cottage must be made at the reception. The sooner you fix an appointment, the greater your choice. The fridge must be defrosted and cleaned before your departure. Do not close the door but leave it ajar. If the cottage hasn't been cleaned at the time of the control, 46 Fwill be invoiced to you. You can opt for this possibility on your arival.

CAMPSITE

Security

The management accepts no responsibility for theft, loss or damage caused by bad weather or accidents occurring inside the campsite. Open fires and charcoal or electric barbecues are prohibited.

Access code

To enter the campsite you have to go through a set of automatic gates, operated by the use of a strictly personal access code. This code is programmed for the length of your stay. If you extend your stay, you must contact the reception for reprogramming.

Traffic - Noise

The speed limit is 10 km/h. Inside the campsite, parking is prohibited on access roads and tracks. Vehicles must be parked on the plot. Never park your vehicle on a neighbouring plot, even if it does appear to be unoccupied, campers may arrive at any time. The gates are closed between 24 and 7 a.m. All movement of vehicles is prohibited during this time. The sound of radios, TV's etc. should not be audible beyond the perimeter of the plot. Between 24 and 8 a.m. everyone must respect his neighbours' right to an undisturbed rest.

Pets

Potentially dangerous dogs (categories 1 and 2, order of 27.04.99) are not permitted. Pets are accepted on presentation of a vaccination book (order of 22.01.85). They must be tattooed or chipped (order of 30.06.92), be non-aggressive and be kept on a lead at all times. Owners are responsible for removing their droppings. They must never be left alone in a car, caravan or tent, on a plot or tied to a tree.

Welcome to our region!
Our region in the Languedoc is rich and varied, which you will really enjoy exploring. You can only really get to know the region after spending some time discovering its countryside, meandering along its paths and beaches and tasting its fine wines and quality meats. Its Mediterranean coast and mountainous hinterland are bathed in sunshine over 300 days a year for your enjoyment, and provide wonderful escapades for families or couples, on horseback or on foot, by bike or by canoe.

Let us take you on a quick tour of the riches offered by the Languedoc region. From Béziers to Montpellier or from Pézenas to Toulouse, passing through Sète and Carcassonne, a thousand and one mountains and wonders await you.

BEZIERS
An old town dating back 2,700 years, Béziers in the Languedoc owes its foundations to the Neolithic men who settled on the banks of the river Orb in the spot where the actual Bosquet quarter now stands. During the iron age, Béziers was one of the major settlements of Mediterranean Celts. It became an important Roman town by virtue of its strategic position, traversed by the famous 'Via Domitia', a Roman road linking Spain with Italy. An excellent wine-producing town, Béziers prospered in the 18th century when it became one of the most important centres for the commerce of alcohol, whose rich winegrowers built beautiful residences and châteaux in the wine-growing areas around the town.
The 19th century witnessed the town's growth and booming wealth. Magnificent buildings in the Haussmann style sprung up at the same time as the arenas, the theatre and the Plateau des Poètes (a stunning English style garden where you can find many species little known in this part of the world). The paths running along the top of the park have fine façades honouring the Allées Paul Riquet, the inventor of the Canal du Midi who was born in the town. You can also visit the imposing St Nazaire Cathedral which overlooks the river Orb and Biterrois plain. The cathedral adjoins Béziers Courthouse, the gardens of which you can visit by passing through the cloister of the cathedral. This historic centre is charming and ideal for a day strolling around, soaking up the culture or doing some shopping.

THE CANAL DU MIDI
Take the time to visit the Canal du Midi - wonderfully charming, relaxing and original. Explore it on rollerblades, on horseback, by bike, by barge or simply on foot. Whichever you choose, it will be an ideal way to discover one of the longest canals in France. A historic feat, the Canal du Midi, an immense and incredible project for its time, connects the Mediterranean sea to the Atlantic Ocean. It spans across 240 km (150 miles), weaving its way between Sète and Toulouse where it meets the Garonne river. Its engineer, Pierre Paul Riquet, who was born in Béziers, took almost 20 years to design and build this jewel in the French heritage, now classed as a UNESCO world heritage site.
By adventuring along the Canal du Midi, you will be able to take the time to savour the freshness and beauty of a simple and authentic landscape.

AGDE & CAP D'AGDE
Agde is one of those towns that has a rich and fascinating history. Like its larger sister town of Béziers, it has existed in the Hérault since Neolithic times, and hides many historic and archaeological treasures left behind by our ancestors who settled on the banks of the Hérault. You can admire such treasures at the Ephèbe Museum or the Agathois Museum. Agde became a tourist town in 1970, when the decision was taken to develop a seaside resort at Cap d'Agde, surrounded by the Mediterranean, volcanos and vineyards. In addition to the town's historic heritage, Agde is also very well known for its naturist quarter which welcomes around 50,000 people each year.

SÈTE
Named the ‘singular island' by Paul Valéry, Sète is a charming town which has the air of a village. Nestling at the foot of Mont St Clair, between the Mediterranean and the Thau lagoon, Sète's unique feature is that it is located at the mouth of the Canal du Midi. Sète was therefore made into a port at the request of the Knight of Clerville, and thus became the first port of cooperage in the world thanks to the development of the wine trade. Sète is a traditional town which nurtures its culture and identity. The town's air must certainly be inspiring if one is to consider the list of distinguished artists born or having lived in Sète such as Paul Valéry, Georges Brassens, Manitas de Plata, Jean Vilar, Yves Rouquette or even the Di Rosa brothers. Sète is also renowned for its nautical jousting tournaments inherited from an ancestral tradition as well as for its local speciality, the Tielle (a sort of octopus pie with spicy tomato sauce).

PEZENAS
The architecture and the streets of the village are well worth a detour. The centre has been magnificently maintained and renovated. A destination particularly appreciated by the British due to its luxurious charm and refined boutiques, Pézenas has a wealth of buildings and hotels in characteristic architecture. Pézenas nurtures its image as a scenic town. Molière built up his success in Pézenas, which he had chosen as his favourite place to stay. The town is also the birthplace of the singer Boby Lapointe and maintains its tradition as a town of street entertainers and artists, with theatricalised guided tours and numerous art galleries and artists' workshops. The town also has several unusual museums such as the museum of toys and delights of yesteryear, or the door and wrought iron museum.

SALAGOU LAKE
At the intersection of the Cévennes, the Causses, the Black Mountain and the scrublands of the Languedoc, you'll discover this majestic lake created in 1969 to irrigate the Salagou valley and reduce the rise in water levels in the Hérault river. A breathtaking lake offering a variety of spectacular views, the Salagou lake is the ideal place to take a stroll in harmony with nature or to have a picnic with the family.

MONTPELLIER
No other town than Montpellier, capital of the Haut Languedoc, has experienced such rapid growth in France. A booming town, Montpellier is dynamic, and renowned as much for its heritage as for the great scholars and thinkers who settled here throughout the centuries. There are plenty of attractions on offer for children. Do not forget to visit the Mare Nostrum Aquarium, the Amazonian Greenhouse, the Lunaret Zoological Park or the Galileo Planetarium, which will enchant both the young and old. It is a town of culture and a centre of modern western medicine. The monuments and museums are all equally fascinating. Furthermore, Montpellier boasts many achievements. Its faculty of medicine is the oldest school still active in the western world. The Theatre Square (Place de la Comédie), the town's central hub, is one of the largest pedestrianised areas in Europe. It is also one of the few villages that is home to stringed-instrument makers.
But the best way to appreciate the riches of this dynamic and lively town is to let yourself be swept along by its energy, lose yourself in the quaint little alleyways and discover in its streets the history that made the town.

¤ SERIGNAN MUSEUM
This was the first museum of contemporary art in the Hérault. It houses a plethora of graphic art displays in an area of 2,500 m², in which you will find permanent and temporary collections. The works in this place are expressed in various ways, each displayed in turn in the graphic arts exhibition room, video room, experimental display, library room or quite simply in the gallery. The museum is open to the general public and offers guided visits, lectures and workshops for children.
